I write about things I find interesting or stuff that I’m fixing or modding.
Financial disclosure:
I have purchased most of the stuff that I write about, except, for example, things like this. None of the stuff has been received gratis.
I have links to Amazon.com for products I’ve purchased and written about. The links contain my referral ID, which give me a piece of the action if you bought something from that visit – A minuscule… a very small piece. My Amazon Associates earnings from 2012 would feed 2.74 people a Double-Double, fries and a shake at In-N-Out.
Technical Notes:
This is a WordPress 3.5.1 powered blog, hosted on the cheapest Godaddy shared server Linux plan.
Please try a modern browser if you’re still using Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8. I use these browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer 10 (or 9 if you use Windows 7), Safari and Opera. I use Chrome the most because it’s really fast and their updates don’t seem to screw up the extensions. I used to like Firefox the most because the extensions offer a lot of customization.
