I agree that most YouTube video is very poor quality but the kids don&#039;t seem to care.

When I worked at ABC, I was in a department meeting with the President of Broadcast Operations and Engineering discussing ABC&#039;s plans to use 720p. I commented that I thought it was more important to produce content that people wanted to watch. The room went silent.

I guess the FCC&#039;s digital mandate will make the latter point moot - at least with regards to television.</description>
